WomenShelter of Long Beach: Press Kit
As part of a class project, I created a professional press kit for WomenShelter of Long Beach, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. This kit was designed to raise awareness, strengthen media outreach, and promote the shelter’s mission with consistent, compassionate messaging.

Goal: Equip the organization with polished, ready-to-use media materials to amplify their message and engage their community more effectively.
STIIIZY Retail Training Program: Steps of Service
Developed and launched a comprehensive training program to guide sales associates through STIIIZY’s Steps of Service. This initiative was designed to elevate the customer experience by:
Strengthening product knowledge
Refining communication and selling techniques
Creating consistent service standards across all retail locations
From concept to execution, I led the creation of the full training program, including:
A structured training curriculum
Presentation decks for facilitators & coaching guides
Interactive learning modules
Visual job aids for on-the-floor reference
Impact: Empowered new and existing staff with the tools to deliver a more engaging, informed, and uniform customer experience.
STIIIZY retail training hub
Designed, developed, and maintained a centralized SharePoint intranet hub to support all retail training needs. The hub served as a one-stop destination for:
Training sign-ups and live calendar
Manager access to attendance tracking
Training courses, interactive modules, and materials
SOP manuals and resources for managers and employees
Built with usability and scalability in mind, the hub helped streamline processes, improve training accessibility, and ensure consistency across all retail locations.
Impact: Increased training engagement and reduced time spent tracking and distributing materials manually.
